Missed Appointment/Late Cancellation Policy:
Please be aware of our policy before you book an appointment.
Do not book an appointment if you do not accept this policy.
We will consider your booking an appointment as consent to this policy.
Failure to attend an appointment and/or failure to provide 24-hours notice of cancellation for an appointment – including phone and video appointments – will be invoiced as a “no-show”; this is strictly enforced. While we recognize extenuating circumstances may preclude you from attending your appointment, we cannot cover patients for the cost associated with this. “No-show” fees vary depending on the appointment type. Please see our uninsured services page for more details. At this time, we do not have “no-show” fees for missing/late cancellations of group counselling appointments. Patients will not be able to continue using our services until outstanding balances are paid.
