Psychotherapist, HBA, MA, RP(Q)

Gina is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Understanding that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, Gina prioritizes creating a safe, supportive space where you can openly share and explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences.

In your sessions with Gina, her primary goal is to ensure you feel truly heard and understood. She will work with you to identify your unique needs and concerns, offering guidance, support, and practical tools tailored to empower you and enhance your confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re addressing a specific issue or seeking to improve your overall well-being, Gina is dedicated to helping you find the peace and balance you deserve.

Gina’s approach is person-centered and holistic, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Existential Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and more. She firmly believes that with the right support and guidance, you can achieve lasting healing and positive changes, building a meaningful life aligned with your true self—one filled with purpose and the freedom to live authentically.
