Resilience Training trains one to develop and/or employ an internal locus of control, assertiveness, goal-oriented methods, self-awareness, stress management and relaxation skills, and flexible optimism. Cognitive interventions are leveraged to develop self-efficacy. Skills of acceptance and gratitude, mindfulness, cognitive flexibility, and highlighting strengths and resources are instrumental to getting up again.

Please note: While we endeavor to limit the session to the allotted time, at times, the sessions go overtime because of discussion and questions. Please keep this in mind when scheduling group counseling appointments. We recommend that you do not book anything else for 30 minutes after each group session.
