Feven Gebrehet

Feven graduated with an Honours Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree in 2013 from York University. After completing her final placement on an inpatient mental health unit, she developed a strong interest in understanding the various mental health conditions and the different treatment modalities available to patients. Feven has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Most recently Feven has been working as a Mental Health Nurse Educator where she has the ability to share her passion and expertise for patient treatment and recovery with fellow nurses.

Feven has completed courses in both CBT and trauma-informed care. Feven’s passion is to see patients recover by using a therapeutic, client-centred approach, and empowering patients by allowing them to recognize their full potential
