Headache Behavioural Therapy (HBT) is a structured, evidence-based, solution-focused and goal-oriented form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). In these interactive group sessions, you will learn the skills and strategies to identify, evaluate and consciously develop how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours can be leveraged to get over the hurdle of headache and reconnect with the journey of your life.

2022 SESSION START DATES
Please note: While we endeavor to limit the session to the allotted time, at times, the sessions go overtime because of discussion and questions. Please keep this in mind when scheduling group counseling appointments. We recommend that you do not book anything else for 30 minutes after each group session.
