Guided Relaxation Videos

Relaxation training to relax post-concussion brain dysregulation

The following videos are good references to help post-concussion patients with relaxation training.  The videos below will give you a sample of various relaxation practices.  Ideally, you will work with a HCP in a specific relaxation training regimen and work towards well defined goals.  Some more information about rehabilitating persistent concussion symptoms with Relaxation Training can be found in our article “Relaxation” in our concussion library.  Some more resources to help patients monitor and progress their relaxation regimens can be found in the “Mindfulness” section of our Patient Rehab Resources.  For those interested, relaxation can be combined with biofeedback to help leverage training further.
